We are pleased to invite you to the next training camp from Trail Running School in sunny Turkey. The camp will be held from December 16 to 23.
Training in the mountains, working on running techniques, new acquaintances and impressions, two incredible races with the most unusual format – “super sprint” and “handicap race”, where everyone has a chance to win regardless of the level of training.
Accommodation in the camp will be in one of the best hotels in the region 5*, all-inclusive food and drinks. Anyone who has experience of participating in trail running competitions or finishing at a distance of at least 21 km can take part in the camp! We care about the quality of the training camp, so the number of places is limited.
Cost of participation 850 euros for single accommodation, 800 euros when paying in euros, for accompanying persons without participation cost on request.
For TRS athletes at the “Full” tariff 100% discount, for other tariffs 5%.
The price includes: 5* hotel on the seashore, Buffet meals and drinks, workouts, daily transfer to the training site, starter package, testing with a gas analyzer and other sensors, further recommendations based on the results of tests are paid separately, the number of slots is limited.
The flight is not included in the price, tickets need to be taken to Antalya airport.

After confirmation of registration, the entire amount is paid within 2 days. In case of cancellation of participation by a camp participant, the amount is not refunded, but the place can be resold to another person. If you need to pay in installments for some reason, write about it.
Registration will open on August 3 at 20:00 and will last until August 15 at 20:00. If the number of applications exceeds the available places, a lottery will be held.

Preliminary program of the camp:
day 1:
Morning — arrival.
Evening — at 17.30 we meet at reception.
Aerobic training + exercises. The duration of the workout is 40 — 60 minutes.
21:00 – 22:00 getting the starter packs.
day 2:
Morning— at 9.00 we meet at reception. Transfer to training.
Aerobic training + mountain running technique. The training duration is 120 — 160 minutes.
Evening — at 17.30 we meet at ресепшн. Aerobic training + analysis of basic exercises for mountain running.
The duration of the training is 50 — 100 minutes.
day 3:
Morning — at 8.30 we meet at reception. Transfer to training.
Long training.
The training duration is 200 – 220 minutes.
Evening — at 17.30 we meet at ресепшн. Aerobic training + running technique with sticks.
The duration of the training is 50 — 70 minutes.
day 4:
Morning— at 09.00 we meet at reception
Long workout + running technique uphill and downhill. The training duration is 120 — 160 minutes.
Evening — at 17.30 we meet at ресепшн. Aerobic training + running technique with sticks.
The duration of the training is 50 — 100 minutes.
day 5:
Morning — at 8.30 we meet at reception. Transfer to training.
Interval training. The training duration is 120 — 160 minutes.
Evening — at 18.30 we meet at ресепшн.
Aerobic training + technique of walking uphill.
The duration of the workout is 60 — 90 minutes.
day 6:
Morning— at 9.00 we meet at reception. Transfer to training.
Interval training in the format of single-elimination competitions – SUPER Sprint.
Duration 120 — 180 minutes.
Evening — at 17.00 we meet at reception. Aerobic training + stone running technique.
Duration 40 — 60 minutes.
day 7:
Morning — at 9.00 we meet at reception. Transfer to training.
Duration 120 — 160 minutes.
The competition among the camp participants is a pursuit race The strongest start last, the winner is the one who crosses the finish line first, regardless of the start time. Prize winners receive prizes, all finishers receive medals.
Evening – rest or light training with analysis of running techniques.

Morning — individual training,
