Selection criteria
Anyone can become a member of the team, it is enough to train in our school.
Hit the first team
1. At least 6 months of training at TRS
2. ITRA Index
- men under 48 years - 710[:
- men over 48 years old - 690
- women under 48 years old - 590
- women under 48 years old - 590
- women older than 48 years - 590
Anyone who does not meet the criteria of the first team, fall into the second team of the school.
* The composition of the first team can not exceed 15 people. If more than 15 people meet the criteria, then the team gets the best. Of these, a minimum of 1 people over 48 years of age.
